These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 7zen platform and form a binding legal agreement between you and 7zen. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using the 7zen platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 7zen platform. One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 7zen account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held pending investigation and review.
Secure and Accurate Data
You are required to provide accurate personal information during registration and keep it current. False information will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Own Funds Only
You may only deposit and wager funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Use of third-party payment accounts not registered in your name is prohibited.
Fair Play Obligation
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account termination.
Terms Subject to Change
7zen may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Player, and 7zen. By clicking "I Agree", by completing the registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing a wager on the 7zen platform — whichever occurs first — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you are accessing the 7zen platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that such person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein. 7zen accepts no liability for any use of the platform by persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
These Terms should be read alongside the 7zen Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 7zen.
Amendments to These Terms
7zen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or business practices. When material changes are made, 7zen will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by email. The revised Terms will take effect upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 7zen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
Section 3
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on the 7zen platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 7zen enforces a strict 18+ policy. Gambling is not permitted for persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-individual legal entities may not register as Players.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit participation in online gambling.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a 7zen employee, where such participation could create a conflict of interest.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 7zen or a recognised responsible gambling organisation, unless that exclusion period has formally lapsed.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the platform.
Age Verification
7zen employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all Players. You will be required to provide a valid, government-issued identification document — such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before your first withdrawal is processed. 7zen may also request age verification at any earlier point at its sole discretion.
Accounts where age verification has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality suspended until KYC is satisfactorily concluded. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any amounts wagered.
Underage Gambling Is Strictly Prohibited

Section 4
Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the 7zen platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals, you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. All information provided must be truthful, complete, and current.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Player Account on the 7zen platform. Opening, attempting to open, or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, using a different email address, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7zen reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 7zen will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.
You agree to notify 7zen immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. In the event of unauthorised access, 7zen may temporarily suspend your account pending a security investigation. 7zen accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
We strongly recommend that you use a strong, unique password for your 7zen account — one that is not shared with any other online service. Enabling any additional account security features offered by the platform is also strongly advised.
Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information held on your 7zen account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals, communication failures, or account suspension where KYC documents cannot be matched to account data.
Section 5
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
7zen supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7zen does not impose foreign currency conversion fees on any transaction processed via these methods.
Deposits
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket typically reflect in your 7zen Balance within two (2) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the originating institution. 7zen does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated Player Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests to mobile wallet services such as bKash and Nagad are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time depending on the destination bank.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the payment section of your account dashboard. 7zen reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, including for high-value transactions.
Currency
All balances, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and transaction values on the 7zen platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currencies are accepted or displayed. If a player attempts to deposit via a payment instrument linked to a foreign currency, the transaction will not be processed.
Anti-Money Laundering
7zen operates a robust anti-money laundering (AML) framework. The platform reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds may be connected to unlawful activity or money laundering. In such cases, 7zen may be required to report the transaction to the relevant authorities without notifying the Player.
Players must not use the 7zen platform as a mechanism for transferring, processing, or laundering funds. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed, all balances will be frozen, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 7zen reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied, and the account may be reactivated upon request.
Section 6
Bonuses and Promotions
7zen offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by 7zen are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires the Player to place total real-money wagers equal to thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's Balance automatically. 7zen will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
Eligible Games
Not all games on the 7zen platform contribute equally to the clearance of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, live dealer games, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.
Bonus Abuse and Misuse
7zen monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: claiming a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts; making systematic low-risk wagers to exploit bonus terms; withdrawing a deposit immediately after receiving a no-deposit bonus; and participating in any coordinated strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7zen reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and permanently restrict the Player from future promotional eligibility.
VIP Programme
The 7zen VIP loyalty programme offers tiered benefits from Bronze through to Black Diamond level. Players accumulate loyalty points through regular real-money play, and points determine tier progression. Benefits at each tier — including cashback percentages, reload bonus rates, withdrawal processing priority, and dedicated account management — are described on the 7zen Casino page and in account-specific communications. VIP status and associated benefits are awarded at 7zen's discretion and are subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.
Section 7
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a Player on the 7zen platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all Players at all times.
General Obligations
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and at any subsequent point when requested by 7zen.
- Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
- Notify 7zen promptly of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when accessing and using the 7zen platform.
- Cooperate fully with any KYC or AML verification request made by 7zen within the requested timeframe.
- Use only payment methods registered in your own name when depositing or withdrawing funds.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 7zen platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in chip-dumping, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other Players in table or card games.
- Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to criminal activity.
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
- Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other anonymisation technology.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7zen staff, live dealer staff, or other Players through any communication channel.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
Either party — you or 7zen — may close your Player Account at any time and for any reason, subject to the provisions set out below.
Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your 7zen account, you may do so by contacting the 7zen support team via live chat on the platform. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed and no investigations are pending. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your most recently used payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Self-Exclusion
If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, 7zen offers a formal self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion is distinct from a standard account closure: it signals to 7zen that you require protection from gambling activity and triggers additional safeguards. Under self-exclusion, you will be prevented from opening a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by 7zen
7zen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where 7zen reasonably suspects or determines that:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- The Player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- The Player has initiated fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.
- Continued operation of the account would expose 7zen to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
In the event of account closure by 7zen for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation and will be returned to the Player if the investigation concludes in their favour. 7zen will provide written notification of closure where reasonably practicable, though emergency suspensions may be applied without prior notice.
Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, you will no longer be permitted to access the 7zen platform. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force following account closure.
Additional Provisions
Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7zen platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 7zen or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, transmit, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 7zen platform without our express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7zen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime, game errors, payment delays, or security incidents outside 7zen's reasonable control.
7zen's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The 7zen platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 7zen does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Language
These Terms and Conditions are drafted and published in the English language. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7zen with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
